PER CURIAM.
The defendant appealed from the granting of a prejudgment remedy under General Statutes § 52-278l. The plaintiff filed a motion to dismiss in which the dispositive issue is whether the subsequent dismissal of the prejudgment remedy by the trial court rendered the appeal moot. The defendant opposes the motion to dismiss. We conclude that the appeal is moot and must, therefore, be dismissed.
