BLACKBURN, Judge.

The appellant, Peggy Burke, commenced this action against Bi-Lo, Inc. to recover for personal injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall in a grocery store. The trial court granted summary judgment for Bi-Lo, and this appeal followed.
