Shirley Thomas Stephenson, appellant, was divorced from Mary Lou Holden on August 17, 1992, by the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. The trial court reserved ruling on the property issues and on October 13, 1992, issued a written order dividing the marital property and declining to make a monetary award.
