The respondent, Maurice B., appeals the order of the Hillsborough County Probate Court (Cloutier, J.) terminating his parental rights over his daughter, Sheena, on the grounds of abandonment pursuant to RSA 170-C:5, I (1994). On appeal, the respondent essentially contends that the trial court's finding of abandonment was unsupported by the evidence and that the trial court erred when it terminated his parental rights when an adoption was not contemplated...
