Defendant appeals as of right from a circuit court order granting summary disposition for plaintiffs pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10). By granting plaintiffs' motion, the court, in effect, held that plaintiffs were entitled to recover no-fault personal injury protection (PIP) benefits because they were "occupants" of the vehicle under the no-fault act and that they were entitled to recover uninsured motorist benefits under the insurance policy issued by defendant...
