After a jury found them guilty of various drug and gun offenses, Fundador Cotts, Victor Fernandez and Carlos Rodriguez were sentenced under the Sentencing Guidelines to lengthy prison terms. Dissatisfied with their lot, these men have raised various challenges to the district court's application of the Guidelines in their respective cases.
