After Faye Lloyd filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, the bankruptcy court approved the sale of Lloyd's real estate, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363, and reserved three acres for Lloyd under the "homestead exemption." Lloyd appeals from the order authorizing the sale of the property and challenges several findings made by the bankruptcy court during the course of proceedings that led to the sale of her property.
