DOCTOROFF, C.J.

Defendant appeals an order of the circuit court granting plaintiff's motion for summary disposition. The sole issue on appeal is whether the alimony in the divorce settlement reached by the parties and relied upon by the circuit court in its judgment of divorce is nonmodifiable as alimony in gross. The circuit court concluded that it is. We affirm.
