These consolidated appeals are before this Court for the second time after having been remanded to the Allegan County Probate Court for further proceedings with regard to a variety of matters in connection with both petitioner Mary Martin's petition for authority to withdraw her husband Michael Martin's life support and the counterpetition of respondents, Patricia Major and Leeta Martin, who are Michael's sister and mother respectively...
