In this appeal, plaintiff-appellant George Hughes ("Hughes") contends that the district court erred in granting summary judgment for defendant-appellee Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company ("Boston Mutual") on Hughes' claim of entitlement to disability benefits under a group insurance plan.
