The plaintiffs appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment. The plaintiffs claim that the trial court improperly (1) limited its consideration of the bad faith exception to the enforcement of the Home Improvement Act1 to a review of bad faith only in the inducement, and (2) concluded that there was no genuine issue of materialfact in dispute regarding the plaintiffs' claim...
