A jury convicted Francisco Espino of conspiring to distribute cocaine and marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (Count I), of money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(B)(i) (Count II), and of possessing with intent to distribute marijuana and cocaine in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) (Counts III and IV). The district court sentenced Espino to a total of 211 months' imprisonment to be followed...
