The plaintiffs filed a two count complaint in which they in Count I allege that the defendant insurance company improperly failed to pay a homeowner's claim they sustained for various water damage and damage to a heating system thereby breaching the insurance contract which they had entered into with the plaintiffs and secondly, that the defendant's actions constituted "bad faith" within the meaning of 42 Pa.C.S. §8371...
