United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (USF & G) appeals the District Court's1 decision to stay USF & G's declaratory judgment action brought in that court against Murphy Oil USA, Inc., in favor of a similar action, filed by Murphy Oil, pending in state court. We affirm.
