The defendant, Leonard Gant, appeals from his judgment of conviction of murder in violation of General Statutes § 53a-54a (a), felony murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-54a and 53a-134, and carrying a pistol without a permit in violation of General Statutes §§ 29-35 and 29-37 (b).
