OPINION

RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judge:

This appeal arises from the bankruptcy court's granting of a motion to dismiss the debtor's Chapter 131 bankruptcy case for bad faith. The motion was based, among other things, upon the debtor's failure to file federal income tax returns. We AFFIRM.
