We consider the appeal of appellant Chemetron Corporation of the Bankruptcy Court's Memorandum Opinion and Final Order ("Order") entered August 2, 1993 in the underlying Chapter 11 reorganization proceeding and Adversary Proceeding No. 92-2418. By the Order appellee Phyllis Jaskey Jones and eighteen other appellees were permitted to file late claims against Chemetron. Appellees' late claims arise...
