This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the District Court affirming the denial of unemployment benefits to the plaintiff, Jerome E. Ruzicka. On July 2, 1991, the Department of Employment and Training (DET) found Ruzicka to be ineligible within the meaning of G.L.c. 151A, § 24(a),1 for financial benefits.
