The question before us today is whether an Ohio court may exercise personal jurisdiction over a foreign corporation in order to adjudicate seventeen separate but similar causes of action, when only six of those causes of action arose in Ohio. For the reasons stated below we reverse the court of appeals and hold that the trial court had an adequate basis upon which to properly assert in personam jurisdiction over the defendant for all seventeen causes...
