Plaintiff filed this action alleging that he was harassed and demoted on the basis of race. Plaintiff alleges that his immediate supervisor subjected him to harassment and verbal abuse, unfairly evaluated his job performance, unfairly disciplined him, and was instrumental in the final decision to demote him solely due to the plaintiff's race.
