In the Matter of the Marriage of MICHAEL A. BOCK, Appellant, and JANE BOCK, Appellee.

Court of Appeals of Kansas.

Opinion filed December 2, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Gerald N. Jeserich, of Boal and Jeserich, of Kansas City, for the appellant.

Janet S. Ensign, of Mission, for the appellee.

Before BRISCOE, C.J., GERNON, J., and ROBERT H. MILLER, Chief Justice Retired, assigned.

This court is without jurisdiction to consider an appeal from an order entered by a hearing officer which was not first reviewed by the district court. We dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction....
