Plaintiff brings this action pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213 (Supp. II 1990). In his complaint, plaintiff alleges that defendant terminated his employment on the basis of plaintiff's disability.
