This case involves a breach of contract claim by plaintiff Linnis Leroy Stark against defendant Resolution Trust Corporation ("RTC") in which plaintiff alleges that defendant wrongfully and improperly paid out funds from an account he had established at Franklin Savings. This matter is currently before the court on defendant's motion for summary judgment (Doc. # 25)....
