Jerry Hillman (appellant) appeals the district court's1 decision in favor of his former employer, Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department (Department), in a suit brought under the Veterans' Reemployment Rights Act (Act), 38 U.S.C. § 4301-07. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
