Diane A. Burton and Dawneane F. Munn (Appellants) appeal the district court's1 order dismissing their suit against the Central Interstate Low-Level Radioactive Waste Commission (Commission) for lack of standing under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). We affirm.
