Thrower, Sr., who claims that defendant Edison Daniel Barney, superintendent of the Talladega City schools, defendant Joyce Hutchinson, principal of Zora Ellis Middle School, and defendant Mike Dick, assistant principal, while acting under color of state law, deprived P.J. of federal constitutional rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983...
