The Chapter 13 trustee objects to confirmation of the debtor's amended Chapter 13 plan on the ground that it improperly discriminates between unsecured creditors in violation of 11 U.S.C. § 1322(b)(1). Specifically, the trustee objects that the plan provides for 100% payment to one unsecured creditor, United Missouri Bank ("Bank"), while providing less than 100% payment to other unsecured creditors...
