HARRIS v. THE STOP & SHOP, INC.

1994 Mass. App. Div. 247 (1994)

Catherine Harris vs. The Stop & Shop, Inc.

Massachusetts Appellate Division, Municipal Court.

December 29, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

John J. McDonough for the plaintiff.

Thomas Hayman for the defendant.

Present: Johnson, P.J., Hershfang & Summerville, JJ.

Hershfang, J.

During the trial, plaintiff objected to and requested a Report on four evidentiary rulings. Those objections are the sole basis of the Report before us. Because the plaintiff has failed to satisfy significant requirements of the then existing Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 641, particularly that and how she was harmed by the rulings, we cannot reach the issues the Report raises.
