David Mendelovitz brought this shareholder derivative suit on behalf of Comdisco, Inc. against ten of Comdisco's directors, alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"). Mendelovitz' suit, at bottom, is based on a lease dispute between Comdisco and International Business Machines Corporation ("IBM").
