EDMONDS, Judge.

Wife appeals a dissolution judgment that awarded husband 55 percent of the parties' assets1 and awarded her monthly spousal support of $1,500. Husband cross-appeals, seeking a greater percentage of the marital assets and the elimination of wife's spousal support award. On de novo review, ORS 19.125(3), we modify the judgment in part.
