RIGGS, Judge.

Defendant appeals his convictions for rape in the first degree and burglary in the first degree. ORS 163.375; ORS 164.225. He argues that the failure of Idaho officials to "promptly" inform him of the detainer1 lodged against him, as required by the Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD), requires dismissal of the charges against him. He also argues that the court erred in imposing a departure sentence. We affirm.
