Defendant Vance Hughes, Jr., was jointly indicted with his son, Eric Dwayne Hughes, and charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act ("Trafficking Cocaine") in that they "did knowingly bring into the State of Georgia and possess more than 400 grams of cocaine ..." Defendant was also charged with speeding. Eric Dwayne Hughes pled guilty "to Possession of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute" while defendant was tried before...
