Defendant-appellant Ray W. Minkner appeals from his conviction and sentence for kidnapping. Minkner contends that the trial court erred by failing to grant his motion, made at the close of the state's evidence, for the opportunity to swear in an impartial and objective party to conduct an examination of the defendant's sexual organ, who would then testify concerning his findings.
