This is an action in contract in which the plaintiff seeks to recover under an automobile insurance policy with her insurer for damages to her motor vehicle. In addition, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants, in denial of coverage, acted in an unfair and deceptive manner, and that therefore she is entitled to G.L.c. 93A damages.
