This is an appeal by the plaintiff of the denial of his Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 60(b)(6) motion for relief from a judgment of dismissal with prejudice which was entered as a sanction for the plaintiff's purported failure to comply with a court order for discovery.
