This is an interpleader action filed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife). MetLife is the claim administrator for the General Motors Corporation Life and Disability Plan. On June 15, 1992 a plan participant, Samuel L. Pearson, Jr., (Samuel) died.
