This matter comes before the court on defendant Cody D. Glover's motion to dismiss the indictment. The government indicted Glover on violations of subsections (1)(A) and (2) of 18 U.S.C. § 922(q), claiming the defendant possessed a firearm within a school zone.1 Glover maintains the indictment should be dismissed because § 922(q),2
