This case arises from a dispute concerning the ownership of two distinct clusters of mining claims located on Poorman Creek, denominated the Upper and Lower Poorman claims. Keith Tryck filed a superior court action to quiet title to the claims. The action was disputed by Howard Miscovich, Andrew Miscovich, and Miscovich Brothers, a mining partnership.
