This is an action for breach of contract to recover amounts allegedly due under a motor vehicle lease after default by the defendant-lessee and repossession and sale of the vehicle by the lessor's assignee.
The sole issue presented by this appeal is whether the automobile lease in question constituted a "retail installment contract" so as to have entitled the defendant-lessee to the statutory protection of the notice, repossession and redemption...
