Plaintiff Sherlyn Konstantopoulos filed suit against defendant Westvaco Corporation ("Westvaco") in 1990 alleging, inter alia, that she was subjected to sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, and sexual assault by employees of Westvaco, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq.
