This matter is before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment. Asserting that there are no genuine issues of material fact, Plaintiffs move for summary judgment and ask this Court for a permanent injunction barring the State of Minnesota from enforcing certain provisions of Minnesota statutes with respect to Plaintiffs.
