Miyagi, its president and general manager, appeal from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff-appellee/cross-appellant Francis R. Calleon on his claims for wrongful termination and defamation. The jury assessed both compensatory and punitive damages against MTL and Miyagi in favor of Calleon on his claims of breach of an implied employment contract...
