MURPHY, Judge.

On May 4, 1993, in the Circuit Court for Washington County, a jury (the Honorable Fred C. Wright, presiding) convicted Thomas Reginald Moten a/k/a Thomas Reginald Martinez, appellant, of an October 28, 1992 distribution of cocaine and conspiracy to distribute cocaine. Judge Wright sentenced appellant to concurrent prison sentences of seven years for each conviction. In this appeal1 we are presented with only one question...
