Plaintiff/appellant, Craig Williams, (Williams), appeals a summary judgment in favor of the defendant, State Medical Oxygen & Supply, Inc., (State Medical). The District Court ruled that there were no genuine issues as to any material fact, that State Medical was not liable under the theory of negligent entrustment, and that, therefore, State Medical was entitled to summary judgment as a matter of law.
