Plaintiff Joseph Violanti alleges in this ADEA1 action that he was discharged from his position with defendant Emery Worldwide A-CF Company (Emery)2 on the basis of age. 29 U.S.C. § 623(a)(1). Plaintiff is an attorney and was employed in the Corporate Tax Department of Emery's Scranton, Pennsylvania office.
