This is a negligence action to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a fall on the defendants' premises on April 26, 1991.
The action was commenced in the Waltham Division of the District Court Department on July 17, 1991. The plaintiff failed to file or serve the Statement of Damages required by Dist./Mun. Cts. Supp. R. Civ. P., Rule 102A.
