OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

G.T.K., a minor, appeals the denial of his motion to recall juvenile court jurisdiction. We affirm.

FACTS

On June 16, 1993, G.T.K., a minor, and Jason Pearson, an adult, pulled out of a gas station without paying for their gas, and a police chase ensued.
