This matter is before the court on appeal from the Huron County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division.

On October 14, 1992, a juvenile court judge placed seventeen-year-old David Wireman under house arrest and in the custody of appellant, thirty-seven-year-old Sharon Rigg.
