Tim Dalton appeals his conviction on a charge of unlawful manufacture of marijuana. He asserts that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from his residence pursuant to a search warrant, contending that there was insufficient probable cause to justify issuance of the warrant.
