AMENDED OPINION1

DAVIS, Judge:

Appellant, Karen Larie Thompson, appeals a May 4, 1993 order denying her Rule 59 motion to alter or amend the trial court's prior judgment denying her Rule 60(b) motion to set aside a default judgment. We affirm.

The default judgment relates to a custody dispute between Thompson and her former cohabitee, John Carl Putvin. The two were never legally married, but lived in a polygamous relationship...
